SHIPPING CONDITIONS

The territorial scope of sales covers mainland Spain, including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, as well as the countries that make up the European Union. International orders are also shipped to most countries worldwide. If your country does not appear at the time of purchase, please contact us at: info@basbarcelona.com Products purchased through the website will be shipped to the delivery address indicated by the user once payment has been verified. The estimated delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days for mainland Spain and approximately 5–7 days for destinations outside the mainland and for the rest of the international countries. For out-of-stock products, the delivery time will be approximately 20 days (production time + shipping). Deliveries will be made on business days, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. If the product is not in stock or the delivery time exceeds that stated in these conditions, BAS will inform the Customer of the new delivery time by email, offering the possibility to cancel the order or purchase an alternative item. However, delays will not imply cancellation of the order or any compensation. Any penalty clause for delay introduced by the customer in their order shall be null and void. BAS’s delivery service is carried out in collaboration with various well-known logistics operators. Orders will not be delivered to P.O. boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses. Shipping costs are not included in the price of the products. At the time of purchase, the user will be informed of the exact shipping cost.

CONTRACTING

By completing the purchase process, you accept the service provision conditions and/or usage policy, as well as the price, the conditions under which the service is offered, the return and cancellation policy, and the general conditions of this website. During the purchase process, personal data will be requested in order to process payment for the products and/or services. Once the charge has been validly made to the credit or debit card, the service shall be deemed to have been validly contracted.

PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND METHOD

Users purchasing a product through this website must make payment using the payment systems specifically detailed on the website. Once the purchase has been made, within a maximum period of twenty-four hours, BAS will send an email to the user confirming the purchase, which will include a purchase reference code and details of the product characteristics, price, and shipping costs. The order confirmation sent by BAS is not valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase. Taxes are included in the price of the products and/or services shown.

CREDIT CARD

At BAS we use a fully secure credit card payment system that ensures the confidentiality of our customers’ data and prevents possible fraudulent purchases. Confidential data is transmitted directly and in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution. The SSL encryption system provides complete security for data transmission over the network. Credit card details are not stored in any BAS database. They are used only in the virtual POS (Point of Sale Terminal) of our financial institution, through its secure payment gateway. At BAS you can use Visa and Mastercard cards. To pay for the order, the financial institution will request your card details (number, cardholder name, and CVV code) and a security verification. The user declares and shall be liable to BAS that the debit or credit cards used are their own and that sufficient funds are available to complete the purchase. Otherwise, BAS reserves the right to cancel the service contract. If you have a PayPal account, you may also use this service with BAS. You may also use PayPal without being registered, using your bank card.

RETURN POLICY

If you need to cancel or modify the purchase of a product, you must notify us by email at info@basbarcelona.com within a maximum of 2 hours after completing the purchase through our e-commerce platform, in order to allow sufficient time to cancel the order. If the shipment has already been initiated, you must wait to receive it and then proceed with the return.

The cost of returns will always be borne by the Customer except for: defective, damaged or different product than the one ordered.

Our products are handmade, and the same model may have different versions that can vary slightly in texture and shape. Therefore, the product you receive may differ from the model shown in the website image. BAS disclaims any liability related to this fact. BAS is not responsible for possible damage during transport arranged by the customer for returning the shipment. If the product arrives damaged due to the carrier, we will notify the customer within 24 hours so that they may proceed with any claims they deem appropriate. BAS recognizes the CUSTOMER’s right of withdrawal under the terms and deadlines established in Royal Legislative Decree 3/2014 of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16. In such cases, BAS will refund the CUSTOMER the amount paid for the price and applicable taxes to the bank account indicated by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER has a maximum period of 14 business days from the delivery of the product to exercise this right, with the delivery date being, unless proven otherwise, the date indicated on the delivery document signed by the CUSTOMER. To exercise this right, the CUSTOMER must send an email to [info@basbarcelona.com](mailto:info@basbarcelona.com) and return the corresponding product. In all cases, the CUSTOMER shall bear the direct costs of returning the product, as well as any damage caused to it as a result of the return. BAS shall not be obliged to compensate the CUSTOMER or third parties for the consequences of using the Product, whether for direct or indirect damages, accidents suffered by persons, damage to property unrelated to the Product, loss of profits or loss of earnings, or damages arising from or resulting from deterioration or loss of data recorded by the end CUSTOMER.
